One of the most important challenges of modern Russia in youth movement is social adaptation for children from orphanages, lack of information on up-to-date items such as sexual health, violence and drugs.
Even those children who were grown up in families with both parents, lavished care upon are not always protected from the circumstances that are dictated by the "street laws". Children who found themselves in orphanages after some serious physiological trauma have even more challenges to find a place in the modern world.
Nowadays there is no such a system of programmes in Russia that works with children in the field of their psychological health. That’s why we decided to create one, that is for 30 teenagers (aged 14-15) – the period of life when they are supposed to make a decision about their further lives - whether to go to get education or to go to the streets...
The programme will take place in the camp, where not only the teaching program but also "out-of-school" activities will be held, aimed to develop the teenagers' social emancipation. There will be a professional psychologist working with children to provide them with an individual approach towards their personality, not to break the delicate inner world.

The main goal of the project is to make children who grew up without parents ready for a self-dependent life, to give them a clear idea of the rights and opportunities they have. To give them information on challenges of health, drugs, violence and psychological problems, that children often have to face after leaving the orphanages.
The second aim is to give students volunteers an opportunity to use their professional knowledge and skills in order to help children, to give them a closer look at the problems of modern Russia.

All that will lead to a rise in living standards, as children who have fewer opportunities than children of good stocks, will get necessary knowledge and skills to be able to adapt more easily to the community. Moreover, as these children leave the high-risk group, the crime rate in the region will come down. One more important outcome is that this project is the first one in this field. It will give a chance that such programs will develop in the region
